Custom embroidery prices are based on a three key factors. Setup fee to create the embroidery files, number of pieces and stitches in the emboridery. Monograms and personalization type orders are simply priced on the size and quantity of items you are wanting embroidered at a time. Custom logo orders do require a one time digitizing set up fee for us to convert your image and prepare it for embroidery. Our digitizing services for most custom logo work is billed at low flat fee of $39.95 for up to 9,999 stitches. This amount of stitching is ample for typical left chest or hat size logo. Unlike screen printing the number of colors is not a factor when determining your cost for embroidering on items.   

Once you have selected the design or text you would like embroidered, the items you want your embroidery placed on and the quantity of those items we will provide you with a detailed invoice for your order less any deposit money made for digitizing and/or artwork services. Your invoice is due at the time your order is placed, before any items are stitched. If you are providing the items to be embroidered your invoice is due at time of pick up unless other arrangements are specified. 

Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the date your order placed and your production proof has been approved. Please contact us to inquire about rush orders if that is something you are in need of. Many times we are able to accomodate these types of requests if needed. 

When ordering custom embroidered logos or artwork we ask that you provide us with the highest quality image possible. Once you have made a $75.00 deposit for the logo set up process we will provide you with a virtual sample production proof via email. If requested an embroidered sample on fabric can be produced for an additional fee if you would like for your approval for an additional charge. After approving your embroidery production proof and the necessary invoice is paid, we are able to schedule your order for embroidering your apparel.
